Sixers Academy

We are excited to offer talented young cricketers the chance to join our exclusive Academy program, with a strong focus on game-time and competitive play throughout the summer. Our academy provides a structured training environment & several other perks. The Academy is ideal for players looking to develop their skills in a competitive setting. (For u11s, 13s, 15s & girls team) Training & games will be between May - August 

Key Academy Features

• Competitive Games: Academy players will compete in matches against other academies and regional teams in a variety of formats throughout the summer. There will be a minimum of 5 games per team

• Squads of 15 Players

• Squad Training: Every 2 weeks & will be a mix of using Sixers Cricket facilities & getting outdoors on the grass (MORE INFO BELOW)

• Open Nets: All academy players will have an Open Access to our facilities across the week, 3 separate time slots available. (MORE INFO BELOW)

Player Development

• Individual Coaching: Every player will receive two one-on-one coaching sessions during the season to focus on specific areas of development.

• Academy Kit: All successful players will receive a full training and playing kit, including a training t-shirt, 1/4 zip, T20 shirt & trousers, and a white playing shirt.

• Discounts: Academy players will enjoy 50% off lane hire during the cricket season and 25% off Sixers 100 Tournaments, providing additional competitive opportunities.

U11s 23rd April 18:30-20:00

Open Net Sessions 

• Every week from W/C 12th May - W/C 14th July
• Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-7:30, Saturdays 08:30-09:30, Sundays 16:30-18:30

What does this mean? if you are a member of Sixers Academy the doors are open for you to use the facility on the above mentioned times, it could mean you just pop down for 20 mins, 45 mins, 2 hours, that would be up to you. All players (parents) will be part of a WhatsApp group meaning they can liaise with other players to arrange practice between them.

Girls - 14/05, 28/05, 11/06, 25/06, 09/07 

Cost of Academy Membership:

Trial = £8 

Total Cost = £450 

Other Payment Options = £150 pm or £40 pw (May-July)
