Easter Fast Bowling Masterclass

Fast Bowling Masterclass led by Sixers Fast Bowling Coach Ben Balmforth. The session will be an in-depth look into the art of fast bowling, from bowling fitness to tactical awareness. The session will have a 1:4 coach player ratio allowing for as much individual coaching and feedback as possible.

• How to structure your training & manage your work-load 
• The fundamentals for quick bowlers 
• Tactical awareness, how to bowl to certain batters, different stages of the game, field setting
