Specialist Wicketkeeping Group - 10-15yrs

Specialist Wicketkeeping group led by Head Coach & Wicketkeeper George Sommerville & Yorkshire Academy Wicketkeeper Ellie Nightingale over 3 hours.

What will the session includes;

• Individual set up / high volume catches / reaction training / keeper fitness training / standing up vs batters / keeping vs spin / standing back to seam / leg side takes / drills to use for own training 

All keepers will get chance to have a batting session too.
