All programmes will have 4x6 week blocks from September-April 

Designed for ambitious young cricketers, our Advanced Performance Academy provides an intensive environment to accelerate development ahead of the new season. Each session is 2 hours long with a different group focus each week from attacking options vs spin to video analyse on bowling actions and everything in-between. Sessions ran by Head Coach Mark Lawson & George Sommerville

What you'll work on:

• Technical batting development; batting vs seam, batting vs spin, front foot & back foot game, improving both attack and defence
• Bowling; action bio-mechanics, video analysis, building stronger actions, variations
• Fielding, intensity, high volume, fitness
• Match scenarios; adapting tactically, performing under pressure
